XCROW is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. This means:

• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and backup phrase

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

XCROW does not collect or store:

• Private keys
• Seed phrases
• Wallet balances
• Transaction history
• Passwords

3. Information We May Collect

We may collect limited technical information such as:

• Basic app diagnostics
• Anonymous usage analytics

This is used to improve performance and stability of the application.

4. MoonPay Integration

XCROW integrates with third-party services such as MoonPay for fiat on/off ramp services. Any information provided to MoonPay is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service. XCROW does not receive or store your MoonPay personal or payment information.

5. Blockchain Data

Transactions conducted using XCROW occur on public blockchains. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and outside of our control.

6. Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, device, and recovery phrase. If you lose your keys, we cannot recover them.

7. Children

XCROW is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of XCROW indicates acceptance of updates.
